One of the few non-food related companies that still truly likes to celebrate Thanksgiving is none other than AmericanGreetings.com, makers of some of my favorite eCards on the internet, including the singing turkey eCards. In 2005 they produced the wildly popular “I Will Survive” card, and in 2006 they produced a card with a turkey singing “U Can’t Stuff This”. This year, the singing turkey is singing “Bird With No Tomorrow”, a parody of the song “Man of Constant Sorrow” (iTunes link), from the 2000 movie O Brother, Where Art Thou?
You really ought to check out this eCard. If you’ve ever seen the original movie, you’ll love how perfectly accurate the dancing turkeys are compared to the stars of the film. As the card says, hope you survive another Thanksgiving.
