This weekend is the 2007 WordCamp conference at the Swedish American Hall on Market Street in San Francisco, CA. I had a great time last year, and this year will be there again, although not with a video camera. I, um, lost it at Macworld this year. However, I’ll probably be doing something else with a microphone this time, either by doing a live conventional episode of PreviewCast or else interviewing people. Or maybe both. It all depends how everything works out. Boy, I need a small voice recording device bad. Regardless, you can expect the PreviewCast coverage to show up online early next week. Thank goodness I won’t have to edit video this time!!!
I don’t know if I’ll be doing any blogging while down there, although I may do like summaries of the day while down there. I will have my camera with me, so depending on my ability to find time, you might be interested in checking out my Flickr photos during the day. I might update them during the day, if not, I’ll definitely try to get them updated in the evening/night. However, as there is free wifi being provided, you can be guaranteed that I’ll be keeping my Twitter up-to-date with everything that’s going on. And of course, there’s plenty of places to find WordCamp coverage this year.
Oh, and did I mention that WordCamp is two days long this year?
So here’s to what will be sure to be a great weekend! San Francisco, here I come! (Again.)
