Mar 02
That’s right. I’m sure all the news stations and weather stations and everyone else will be reminding you all, but in the United States and Canada, next Sunday, March 11th, is the new start of Daylight Savings Time. That’s right, it’s not the first Sunday in April anymore, now we’re starting on the second Sunday in March. On the morning of March 11th, for each timezone, you have 1:59:58, next second 1:59:59, and then next second is immediately 3:00:00, and you’ve successfully lost an hour. (Don’t worry, you can reclaim that lost hour in November.)
So help spread the word that “spring forward” is three weeks earlier this year, so that you and your friends don’t get caught showing up for school/work an hour late!
